Country Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes
2 c. cut up meat (like for chop suey)
1 medium green pepper, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. flour
3 c. milk
1 (1 1/2 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes (1/2-inch pieces).
Cut in small amount of water for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Combine with leftover cut up meat and salt in buttered 2-quart baking dish.
Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens.
Pour over ingredients in baking dish. Put in 350\u00b0 oven, covered, for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
