Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash (yellow and zucchini)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrot
    8 oz. croutons or stuffing
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Place cut
    up
    squash
    and
    onion in water to cover and boil for 5 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Mix
    well.
    Add
    squash and onions.
    Mix well.
    Melt margarine and
    mix
    in
    croutons
    or stuffing.
    Put 1/2 of the croutons
    in bottom of square casserole dish.
    Pour in squash mixture.
    Put remaining croutons on top.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
