Crispy Radish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches radishes
    4 stalks celery
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and clean radishes.
    Crush them slightly with the sides of a cleaver.
    Wash celery and cut into 1/2-inch pieces; discard leaves.
    In a medium size bowl, mix together soy sauce, oil and sugar; add radishes and celery.
    Toss.
    Serves 4.
