Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    5 to 6 cups broccoli florets
    2 to 3 cups cauliflower florets
    1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 cup red onion, chopped
    6 to 8 strips bacon, cook and crumbled
    1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, oranges, onions, bacon, and raisins. Add dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
