Chocolate Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Boil two minutes at least.
    Test in ice water for chewiness.
    Add vanilla. Cool.
    Put on ice cream.
