Thumbprint Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
2 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with first portion of flour; let stand in warm place 30 minutes.
Then add second portion of flour.
Set in warm place 30 to 45 minutes.
Knead batter.
Put in three 9-inch well-greased pans.
Let rise again 30 to 45 minutes or until double in size.
Punch holes in dough with finger.
Add following topping.
