Roasted Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

36 carrots (3 lb.)
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Scrape carrots; cut large carrots into lengthwise slices. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine oil and butter; drizzle over carrots.
Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn carrots and bake an additional 30 minutes. Yields 12 servings.
