Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat milk, margarine, sugar and salt.
    Do not boil.
    Cool to lukewarm; sprinkle on yeast.
    Stir until dissolved.
    In a large mixing bowl, put flour.
    Make a well in the center.
    Add liquid and mix well.
    Cover and let rise until double in size, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Knead on floured surface for 2 to 3 minutes.
