Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
foil muffin liners

Preparation

Place vanilla wafer in each muffin liner and put in muffin tin. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar at medium speed of mixer until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over wafer 3/4 full. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Makes 12.
