Cauliflower-Ham Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced cauliflowerets
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 c. milk or light cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    2 c. diced, fully cooked ham
Preparation
    In large covered saucepan, cook cauliflower in chicken broth until almost tender, about 10 minutes.
    Do not drain; set aside.
