Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. pan ready cut up fryer
1 c. long grain rice
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation

Combine
first
four ingredients.
Sprinkle on chicken. Place chicken in
an

x 12 x 2-inch glass baking dish, skin side up. Bake
at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour
into baking dish, arrange chicken over rice. Cover
and
bake
40
minutes
longer
or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Serves 6.
