Reuben Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 loaves frozen bread dough
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut (optional)
    6 (2 oz.) pkg. corned beef
    1 small bottle Thousand Island dressing
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, sliced
    2 egg whites (optional)
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Let frozen bread dough unthaw and slightly rise.
