Pizza Dough
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 (14 oz.) can whole artichokes, drained and quartered
1 large onion, sliced into rings
1/2 c. diced green pepper
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Grease a 12 x 2-inch round pan.
Press dough halfway up sides of pan.
Cover with towel; let rise for 20 to 30 minutes or until almost doubled in bulk.
