Betty Lou'S Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 c. popcorn
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo (dark)
    2 sticks margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring sugar, Karo, margarine and salt to a boil. When it boils, cook 5 minutes.
    Turn down.
    Add baking soda and vanilla. After it comes off stove, pour over corn and bake 45 minutes at 250\u00b0.
    Keep popcorn warm before baking. Store in airtight container.
