Vegetable Cheese Soup(Serves 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. potatoes, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook water, bouillon, potatoes, celery and onion for 15 minutes.
    Add the broccoli, cauliflower and mixed vegetables. Cook 15 minutes.
    Add soup and water.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Add cheese and heat until melted.
    Do not boil.
