Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Neese's extra sage sausage, browned and drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
1 small jar mushrooms, sliced and juiced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Mix all together and put in an ungreased baking dish.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until rice is done.
