Lasagne Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. homemade spaghetti sauce
1/2 wild turkey breast, sliced 1/2-inch thick
Italian bread crumbs
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation

Roll turkey breast in bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil. Drain on paper towel, then place in baking dish.
Cover meat with spaghetti sauce, then cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Remove cover and place cheese on top of each piece of turkey, may have to cut cheese into small pieces.
Best served with fresh broccoli, homemade rolls and spaghetti.
