Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. mashed cooked squash
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine both sugars, cooked squash, cooking oil and eggs.
    Beat until well blended.
    Stir in water. Thoroughly stir together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.
    Add to squash mixture and mix well.
