Strawberry Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all together and pat out on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 10 to 15 minutes until brown.
Cut in squares while still warm.
Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
