Espresso Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies or 1 (9 oz.) pkg. vanilla cookies and 1 pkg. liquid chocolate
6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
Preparation

Crust:
Position rack in center of oven.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Grind wafer cookies; add butter and mix until crumbs are moist. Press crumbs on bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Wrap outside of pan with aluminum foil.
