Carrot Cake #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs until well blended.
    Add oil and sugar.
    Beat after each addition. Add all dry ingredients to oil mixture. Add carrots, pineapple and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 (7-inch) layers (enough for 2 cakes).
