Hawaiian Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
    Cook and peel potatoes; mash.
    Add brown sugar, butter, salt and nutmeg.
    Blend with the potatoes.
    Combine pineapple and egg. Fold into potato mixture.
    Pour into a well-greased (buttered) baking dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until brown. Serve plain or with Cool Whip.
