Mashed Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. mashed cooked carrots
1 1/2 c. water from carrots
16 Ritz crackers, rolled fine
3 Tbsp. minced onion
2/3 c. grated yellow cheese
3 Tbsp. cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
