1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. McCormick vanilla
4 eggs
3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar gradually, beating after each addition, until light and airy.
Add vanilla and eggs, beat after each one.
In separate bowl, blend together cake flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix alternately in batter mixture with milk.
Beat 1 minute after each addition.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until cake begins to leave sides of the pan.
