Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe California avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 c. bean dip
    1 large bunch scallions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans chopped ripe black olives
    1 large pkg. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper (a blender or a hand mixer works very well); set aside.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix; set aside.
