Cajun Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans stewed tomatoes
    2 c. white rice
    Cajun spice to taste
Preparation
    Broil and season chicken breasts.
    In a skillet, combine stewed tomatoes, celery, green bell peppers and Cajun spices.
    Simmer while chicken is cooking.
    When chicken is done, put into tomato sauce and simmer while preparing the rice.
    When rice is done, serve chicken and tomatoes over the rice.
