Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tsp. canola oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger or 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 c. snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in thin strips
3/4 c. sliced green onions
2 c. cooked white rice
Preparation

In a shallow glass bowl, combine the orange juice and cornstarch.
Stir in chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain chicken.
In a small bowl, combine broth and soy sauce.
Set aside.
