Cedric'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 lb. ground meat
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 large head cabbage, coarsely shredded as for cole slaw
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add ground meat, salt and pepper. Saute cabbage.
    In a 2-quart baking dish, place 1/2 cabbage on bottom.
    Place ground meat mixture on top of cabbage and cover with remaining cabbage.
    Pour a large can of tomato soup on top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
