Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    2 1/2 c. flour (enough until thick dough)
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Roll out paper-thin on floured surface.
    Let stand for 30 minutes.
    Cut into thin strips.
    Let dry an hour or so. You can freeze them.
    Cook in bubbling broth until tender.
