Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp flour
3/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
dash nutmeg
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup half and half
Preparation

Place bacon and cheese in prepared pie shell.
Mix remaining ingredients well.
Pour over bacon and cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool before serving.
