Peppered Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 lb. pork roast
1 to 2 Tbsp. garlic pepper
1 to 2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Preparation

Coat roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary.
Place roast in a shallow pan in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from oven and let roast rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
