Ritze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 large Cool Whip
Preparation
    Combine slightly softened ice cream, milk and pudding mix. Crumble Ritz crackers fine.
    Make crust with crackers and melted margarine.
    Reserve 1/2 cup of cracker mixture.
    Pour ice cream mixture over crust.
    Spread Cool Whip on top.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Keep in refrigerator.
    Makes 12 servings.
