Plain Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
3 c. Red Band all-purpose flour
1 tsp. lemon extract
6 eggs
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, add flour alternating.
Add one egg at a time, add whipping cream, beat until mixture looks beaten; add lemon extract.
Grease bottom, not sides, of tube pan, then flour.
Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes.
