Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage (1 1/2 to 2 lb.)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 carrots, grated
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/3 c. mild flavored vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and rinse and dry it. Remove the core and grate the cabbage fine (this can be done in the food processor).
