Cheese And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    10 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk; drain after 5 minutes.
    Save milk. Combine eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
    Melt butter in pan and scramble the eggs, only until soft.
    Add soaked bread cubes to eggs.
    Mix.
    Place in 9-inch square baking dish.
    Spread cheese on egg mixture.
    Sprinkle with cooked bacon.
    Bake 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
