Cheesy Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    8 oz. sliced Muenster cheese
    1 egg
    1 pkg. frozen spinach
Preparation
    Defrost and drain spinach.
    Mix it in a bowl with egg and Ricotta.
    Line bottom of 8 or 9-inch pie pan with Muenster cheese slices.
    Spoon in spinach mixture.
    Cover with remainder of Muenster slices.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour until brown and bubbly.
