Orange Glazed Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. Kretschmer wheat germ (any flavor)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3/4 c. Sun-Maid raisins
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 12 medium muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
    Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well.
    Add combined milk, oil, egg and grated orange peel; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Remove to wire rack.
    In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice.
    Drizzle over slightly cooled muffins.
    Makes 12 muffins.
