Turkey Hash Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slices bacon
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped cooked potato
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. crushed rich round crackers
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

In skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain.
Crumble bacon; set aside.
In skillet, cook ground turkey and onion until meat is browned.
Drain off fat.
In bowl, combine turkey mixture, potato, evaporated milk, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, sage, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
Turn mixture into a 1-quart casserole.
