Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tall cans Green Giant asparagus spears
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Sunshine Nip cheese crackers
butter
Preparation

Open and drain cans of asparagus spears and place spears in bottom of baking dish.
Pat lightly with butter.
Grate onion very fine and blend together with soup and the cheese.
Crumble cheese crackers on top and pat with butter.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
