Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar.
Set aside.
In another bowl combine oil, pineapple and juice, vanilla, eggs, bananas and nuts.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir to blend; do not beat.
Pour into a 9-inch greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake is done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
