Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 bag frozen hash browns
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed with 1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Brown onion.
    Add soup and frozen hash browns.
    Combine sour cream and grated cheese.
    Spray a casserole dish with Pam and put in potato and onion mixture.
    Top with sour cream and grated cheese.
    Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of sour cream and cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until very crisp and golden brown.
