Ingredients

3 medium onions, sliced
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook onions in butter until golden brown.
Add water, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and pepper.
Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with croutons and Mozzarella cheese.
