Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. chopped cooked chicken *
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (can substitute cream of celery)
Preparation
    Spread 1/2 of stuffing in 13 x 10-inch casserole.
    Heat 1/2 cup butter and water.
    Pour over mixture.
    Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Mix chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and spread over stuffing.
