Southwest Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef round
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 to 6 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 1/2 c. beef broth (canned)
Preparation
    Cut beef into cubes, heat oil in Dutch oven.
    Put cubed meat into oil and stir to just brown.
    Add curry, oregano and garlic. Stir.
    Combine chili and flour, add to meat, then stir in the beef broth.
    Blend well, simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Check for taste after an hour or so, more chili powder may be desired.
