Grits And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    3 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground sausage
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook grits in bouillon.
    Add salt.
    Cook sausage until crumbly; drain on paper towels.
    Mix sausage with grits.
    Add butter, milk, eggs and 1/4 cup of the grated cheese.
    Mix well. Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
