Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/3 c. crushed tortilla chips
    2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, reserving one cup of tomato sauce to heat and serve with meat loaf.
    Bake in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings (290 calories per serving).
