Nacho Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 can chopped green chilies
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Melt cubed cheeses over low heat (a microwave works well at 1/2 to 3/4 power setting).
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Start adding Tabasco sauce until dip is hot enough, keeping in mind that it gets hotter as it stands.
    Serve in crock-pot or chafing dish with tortilla chips.
