Sour Cream And Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 carton sour cream
1 medium cucumber, fresh, peeled and thinly sliced
white pepper
salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. green onions or chives, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Serve as a topping for baked potatoes or as a side dish.
If the dressing is too thick, add a small amount of milk.
If it is too thin, add more vinegar.
