Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

2 pkg. Mexican jalapeno cornbread mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. bell pepper (optional)
1 small onion
Preparation
