Low Calorie French Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Add garlic to vinegar; let stand for 20 minutes.
    Strain. Combine salt, pepper, paprika and sugar in a jar.
    Add tomato juice, water, vinegar and oil.
    Cover; shake vigorously.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Shake again before using.
    Yield:
    1 cup.
